U.A.K Online Marts uses SKYNET,ABX Courier Service and Pos Malaysia as our courier companies due to the reliability and efficiency of their services. Please read the Delivery Notes below to understand how shipping method is being allocated due to different locations.

Delivery Notes :

1. We subscribe to SKYNET and ABX Courier Service for our West Malaysia customers, whereas Pos Malaysia will be selected for East Malaysia customers.
2. U.A.K Online Marts will send out the items on the following day (exclude non-working day) upon receiving the payment.
3. Both SKYNET and ABX Courier Service only operate from Monday to Friday, hence no shipment will be send out during the weekends.
4. Please kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.

SKYNET

• 1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
• Receiver shall contact SKYNET office @ 03-56239090 , 04-2635199 or email topencs@skynet.com.my, pencs2@skynet.com.my or skynethq@skynet.com.my if the parcel is not arrive after 3 days
• It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
• Items shipped in SKYNET standard packaging
• SKYNET is preferred as the courier company for any West Malaysia buyer

ABX COURIER SERVICE

• 1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
• Receiver shall contact ABX office @ 03-77116688 , 046595777 or email topen@abxexpress.com.my if the parcel is not arrive after 3 days
• It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
• Items shipped in ABX Courier Service is in standard packaging
• ABX Courier Service is preferred as the courier company for West Malaysia buyer

POS MALAYSIA COURIER SERVICE

E PARCEL

• E Parcel  will pos out on every saturday only.
• 14-21 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
• Receiver shall contact POS MALAYSIA office @1300300300 or 04-2637931 if the parcel is not arrive after 21 days
• It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
• Items shipped in Pos Malaysia Courier Service is in standard packaging
• Pos Malaysia Courier Service is preferred as the courier company for East Malaysia buyer

POS LAJU

• 3-5 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days)
• Receiver shall contact POS MALAYSIA office @1300300300 or 04-2637931 if the parcel is not arrive after 4 days
• It is secure as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving
• Items shipped in Pos Malaysia Courier Service is in standard packaging
• Pos Malaysia Courier Service is preferred as the courier company for East Malaysia buyer
